Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

All appointments have a 7-minute grace period. If you are not present within 7 minutes of your scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

• No-shows and late arrivals beyond the 7-minute grace period will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

• Appointments made using a gift certificate are subject to our Cancellation & No-Show Policy. If you miss your appointment or cancel late, the value of the service will be deducted from your certificate. These fees are non-refundable and will not be applied as credit toward future appointments.
